All our production ticket categories now live on the Dashboard page, easily accessible by click of a Button. They are also accessible within the Produce page.

Pick whichever category you wish to create a production ticket for and continue onto the following steps! Take a look at this post to read more on the production ticket workflow!

All Filters, Everywhere, All At Once

We’ve also added a new filtering option for your tickets!

If you’ve got a large list of requests and want to pin-point quickly to view specific ones, select which category, status, or file extension it has and it will show up right away!
